Middle Village

This section of the map includes SoHo, NoHo, Washington Square Park, and parts of the East Village. I quite unscientifically decided to call it the “Middle Village.” What can I say? If you’re young, artsy, or like pretty things, this is the place to be in Manhattan. There’s an energy here. (I know, nothing like it USED to be). But just sit and watch. The Village is one of the main reasons that other cities are not New York.
